Our ageing society needs more and more nourishing Herdecke, 04.09.2012 – every man wishes you in case of need the support that enables him the full participation in life. It is not something BSA would like to discuss. In principle, each man has also earned such support, because our culture can commit to anything other than the charity. But how helpful for needy there can be, if there are sometime too many want to be helped? If one assumes from what today can be said the composition of the population (in Germany) on the further developments, more old and retired people on support and pension will be in the not so distant future instructed, as people that are available in full employment. A situation which will have also consequences for the elderly. The need for well trained, certified professionals and unskilled workers will increase in the coming years, that is certain. The question therefore arises inevitably then, like that required workers to win and to educate are.
Ralf Sprave, founder and Managing Director of a large maintenance service in the North Rhine-Westphalian castrop-rauxel, North Rhine-Westphalia, has always personally opts for continuous educating of future professionals in our own factory.
